From 2007 – 2015 David Rudelhoff (Founder and Director) was the Property Manager for a high profile, high net worth family. During that time, in a formal household and estate environment, David managed the large property portfolio from Central London to Large Estates in Berkshire.  In that time the main estate had numerous landscaping projects with award winning designers such as Tom Stuart Smith.  The projects ranged from new lakes to fountain and rose gardens with numerous borders planted.

Luxuria Property Ltd was founded in 2015. Initially covering all aspects of maintenance for large residential properties. With the desire to be a company that can offer it all, alongside construction, Luxuria also began to offer garden maintenance.

In 2019 Luxuria Landscapes was launched and is part of the Luxuria Group. In addition to a highly skilled team of gardeners who maintain an array of properties in and around Surrey and Berkshire, we also deliver varied sizes of landscaping projects and can offer you the services of our skilled garden design specialists.
